- Each Guest over the age of 18 must sign the TF Voyages LLC (Our Travel Agency) Terms and Conditions. CLICK HERE
- Each Guest must have the personal information form filled out to accurately book the reservation. Parents must fill out the form for their children. CLICK HERE
- Ally will review documents within 3 business days once they have been submitted for all travelers within a room.
- If documentation is complete, Ally will place a room on hold and request the lead guest confirm the accuracy of the booking.
- Guests will have 5 days to provide credit card authorization for the full amount.
- Payment will be applied and confirmation documents will be sent.
