The Haven by Norwegian offers a secluded sanctuary that provides cruisers staying within Haven Suites the opportunity to escape from the crowds and truly relax - while being pampered by specially trained Haven staff members starting with the Concierge, the Suite Butler, the Suite Steward, Haven Bartenders, Haven Restaurant Wait Staff and more!
What's included?
- Access to private venues including the Haven Bar & Lounge, the Haven Restaurant, the Haven Sundeck, the Haven Courtyard
- "Skip-the-Line" Access to venues, during embarkation, and during jaunts ashore
- Butler Service (More on this below!)
- Concierge Service inclusive of help booking entertainment, spa services, specialty restaurants and other onboard experiences
- Attendants servicing the courtyard, lounge, and sun decks.
- In-suite dining, if requested
- Cocktail party with ship's officers

What is the difference between a Concierge and a Butler?
Butler: Generally speaking, on Norwegian Cruise Lines, if you are in a Haven suite, you're assigned a butler. This person is responsible for making sure that all matters within your room are taken care of on a daily basis. Some of the special features include:
- Keeping your coffee machine stocked
- Providing daily canapés to snack on in the afternoon or before dinner
- Bringing back dessert from a restaurant if you just don't have room at the conclusion of your meal
- Restocking the mini-bar of any essentials you request
- Serving meals to your room from the Haven or Specialty restaurant
Concierge: on Norwegian Cruise Line, if you are in a Haven Suite, there will be a Concierge and there will even be assistant Concierges! They assist with making sure your experience on board is incredible from when you first step onboard until you disembark. Services include:
- Making show reservations
- Arranging spa treatments
- Securing difficult-to-get dining reservations
- Adjusting reservations as necessary with changes
For most requests, you'll receive a smile and "consider it done."
The Haven Restaurant
The Haven Restaurant offers a luxury white linen dining experience for three meals a day. Many of the ships also offer outdoor dining options.
The menu doesn't change, but features a large menu of appetizers, soups, salads, entrees and desserts.
